Microalbuminuria (MAU) test strips (colloidal gold) are used for the semi- quantitative and quantitative determination of the level of microalbuminuria (MAU) in the urine which can reflect the abnormal renal leakage of protein. It is applied to the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, cardiovascular disease, Type II diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease, systemic lupus erythematosus and hypertension.
