ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) based on immunological reactions.It is a highly sensitive experimental technique that combines antigen- and antibody-specific reactions with efficient catalytic action of enzymes on substrates. The reaction of antigens and antibodies takes place in the pores of a solid carrier, a polystyrene microtiter plate,After each addition of a reagent, the excess free reactants can be removed by washing, thus ensuring the specificity and stability of the test results. At present we provide more commonly used ELISA double antibody and ELISA indirect services.

II. Technological process

1. Wrap the antigen or antibody on a solid carrier;

2. The reaction of the specimen under examination;

1. Adding enzyme-labeled antigens or antibodies;

4. Adding substrate to catalyze enzyme color;

5. To add the terminating solution to terminate the color reaction;

6. Qualitative analysis of antigens or antibodies by colorimetry.
