Myohemoglobin (MYO), Troponin (cTnI), Creatine Kinase Isozyme (CK-MB) test strips (colloidal gold) are used for early diagnosis of myocardial infarction by qualitative determination of MYO, cTnI, and CK-MB in human serum.  A positive test is indicated by the appearance of color in the detection line in the middle of the test paper. It is the most ideal and specific test measurement for early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
